Due to the highly custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we recommend placing orders at least 14 days in advance. Our calendar fills quickly, so early booking is encouraged to ensure availability.

  • Round Photo Cookies may be available in 5–7 days if slots allow.

  • Other specialty or custom cookies may require a full 14 days to craft.

  • Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee — please contact us directly to discuss options.

If your order is needed by a specific date, please email us at cookieconcierge@thekeepsakecookiecompany.com prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Local delivery up to 15 miles from our location is included. For distances beyond 15 miles, pickup is available or a $1/mile delivery add-on can be arranged after ordering.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and if applicable, a follow-up email requesting flavor selection or custom photos/wording.

      Customization

      • Each cookie in Round Photo Cookies and The Snapshot Collection can feature a unique image.

      • Optional captions are included in The Snapshot Collection and printed directly onto the frame of the cookie design. You may include names, dates, milestones, or meaningful phrases.

      • Branded or Logo Cookies must feature a single design for consistency and quality.

      • Clear, high-resolution images with minimal background work best. For Bespoke Silhouette Cookies simple outlines produce the cleanest result. Not sure if the photo will work? Contact us cookieconcierge@thekeepsakecookiecompany.com 

      Cookie Sizes 

      • Round Photo Cookies: 3” standard or 4” upgrade

      • Snapshot Collection: 4” cookies, photo space approx. 2.8” x 2.9”

      • Bespoke Silhouette Cookies: size varies by custom shape

      • 3-D Glasses Cookies: 4” statement cookies

      All cookies come individually wrapped and heat-sealed for freshness, unless otherwise requested. All cookie sets come gift-ready in a signature box. Additional packaging upgrades and add-ons are available for a small fee.

      Pricing & Value

      • Our cookies are custom, handcrafted and printed or with premium materials. Pricing reflects the artistry, labor and attention to detail.

      • Certain collections, like Branded Bites, include preferred per-dozen pricing for larger purchases.

      Care & Handling

      • Store cookies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

      • Enjoy within 5–7 days, or follow packaging instructions for longer storage.

      • Most cookies can be frozen unboxed in an airtight container. Thaw at room temperature before gifting or serving.
